In this series of drawings, I used the La Jolla Historical Society archives, the internet, social media, and photos I've taken to create graphite rendered collages of Blacks Beach, San Diego. In the drawings, I am interested in creating a reimagined and multi-perspectival view (emphasizing queer male perspective) of the past, present, and hypothetical future of Blacks Beach.
